Each Sensed. product is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care. Due to the personal nature of our items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and integrity across all orders.

International Orders
• All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international shipments, including cases where a package is refused by the recipient or goes uncollected at local customs due to unpaid import duties.

Domestic Orders (Kuwait)
• We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 
• To report an issue, please visit our Contact page and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review your case with the utmost care.
